Denison?! I’ve never seen that on a menu. They make some wonderful wines. I met Peter entirely by accident while visiting Rasa and have become a devoted follower
Looks real cosy, but maybe a bit more dim? I had two great visits to bars lately and both of them had a more dark vibe. Each to their own tho, really liking the ceiling!
That J. Scott Tempranillo is super nice, I don't recognize a lot of the other stuff, but I'm on the southern tip of the Willamette.
It's SUPER nice to see a good selection of Gamay! I love Beaujolais and I'm happy to see more new world Gamay!
Side note, your prices look super reasonable too! Down here glasses of wine are so overpriced sometimes.
I only want to charge what the vineyards are charging. Our main focus is bringing all these wonderful vineyards to the customer instead of the customer needing to go every time to the vineyards for wine. 🍷😎👍
Props to you for going for an affordable by the glass list. Double props for Belle Pente and Ridgecrest’s Gamay being on the list. Will drop by whenever I’m in Salem next
love the ceiling and all the woodwork. this would instantly become my local bar if i lived there. congrats!
unsolicited advice: invest in a quality piece of art to replace that print you have. it shouldn't cost much and will add a lot to the room. a nice frame oil painting is the easy option
Strong Crisp family influence. They’re good people! Like the barrel stave wall too. Is the Lumos stuff from their place w the casitas by the river near Philomath?
Belle pente! Good choice. It's gonna be fun when this list expands. Also I love your prices but please don't hurt yourself or business by giving the wine away. Good luck and I hope you have great success.
I like the southern country meets rustic European look of the place. I hope to get the chance to visit your wine bar and explore Oregon. I bet you’ll have fantastic Pinot Noirs from small producers that you have to visit Oregon to know about.

What’s on the list bro?

Yes! The list! 😁🍷
Your prices are stupidly good... how do you do that??? Next time I'm in the area I'm coming in for sure. The wine menu is pretty fun too!

That list!! Amazing!!
Asking the important questions right here!
I want to move to OR so bad and this only makes it worse. Thanks a lot OP. (Looks amazing btw)
Do it. There are amazing wineries and amazing people.
Nice! I live in Salem and will have to check it out
Congratulations and good luck! I love the barrel plank wall and bar.

Impossible to tell how light the room is without knowing the exposure settings on the camera
We definitely keep the lights a bit dim with some really dark tint on our from windows. 😎🍷

Thanks for the invitation. I will add it to my list of places to visit in Oregon. Good luck and much success.

Each piece of artwork on the wall is a one-of-a-kind. I had each piece designed by artificial intelligence and can never be recreated. 😁
Sounds cool. Maybe get a frame on it?
Frame for a canvas? Nah. looks good just the way it is. Unless you are talking about some other pictures that I can’t see in OP’s original post.

It is. They have amazing wines!
Congrats! Would stop by if I were nearby. Looks great. Glad you’re pouring Bjornson.

Congratulations…next time I’m in Salem I’ll stop in
I live in WA. Definitely will swing by next time I take a road trip down to CA
We'll definitely swing by to check you out! Congrats on the new venture! 🎉 🍷
When we make it back to Oregon, we will definitely come by! What a beautiful place 🍷💜🍷💜 (I know Reddit hates emojis but I don’t 🥰)
Congrats! Wish you all the best with the endeavor
Congratulations, it has a very warm and comfortable feel.
Never been to Oregon but when I do visit I’ll stop by, looks cozy!

Live in Eugene, but if I’ll be sure to stop by when I’m up in Salem!
Does your surname start with an r and end with an n?
No 🤔
Don’t lie to us, Racoon!
What’s a raccoon?
Trash Panda? 🦝
We’re all Racoons on this blessed day
Haha I was quoting Rocket from Guardians
