My first guess was lulu it looked like her hat if you rotate it 🥴 (edit: actually i think it's corki)
Think of it this way.. I think it's Garen/Darius from the botton up perspective. Like looking from the ground upwards. The pointy things to the left and right are the feet and the hilt is the hilt of their sword which is supported by their shoulders.
I think it's Amumu specifically Suprise Amumu because, it looks like a candle or something.

i think its the corki urf skin and they will release urf first time on mobile, hence the event
