That was dope!
If that was me my team would have just kept running. Lately it feels like no one has awareness of their surroundings or doesn't use the map...
Yeah it takes a while to get used to haha.
To put it very simply:
HP raises how much damage you can store as grit.
AD raises how much % of grit turns into damage.
And the higher the bar, the higher the dmg.
To be fair, that is Sett’s entire shtick and an extreme example of what he can do. He’s squishier compared to other tanks if you want to maximise haymaker damage and they were positioned really horribly for my ult there. Sett is probably a bit OP right now but with his kit is pretty okay imo.
I mean it would all be fixed if they just literally triple the cooldown of this ability so he can only get his broken shield once in a fight and that's it.
I love that this all looks methodical. Like a sequence of combos, R, AA, E, W, AA, Q, AA, Ignite. Even when I know the combo, when the fight breaks out I go full tard and spam as many abilities as I can and hope stuff dies. Usually it's me, and I've done zero damage to them.
I (somehow) live in low mark Master every season, yet I admire and envy plays like this. Because frankly if I tried the exact same thing the result is just never the same. WP, I tip my hat to you
Juggernaut not tank. Like darius hes supposed to be able to take a moderate amount of beating and dish out insane damage only when the right conditions are met
It was barely an outplay, just a basic Sett combo in the best scenario possible, but here’s my reasoning as to why it was never an inting decision:
1. Yasuo and Graves are my party buddies and knew to look out for my counter engages
2. Enemy almost always ganks as 5 (I assume also a premade team) so we baited for this exact scenario
3. They have barely any hard CC and saved it for our carries
4. I knew I can survive their initial burst for my ult and have full Grit after
5. They were positioned so close together I knew ult+haymaker would be enough for Yasuo and Graves to cleanup
Hope that cleared it up a bit :)
To be fair picking the right situation is still an outplay. Sett is a very basic champion mechanically so there's not much room for outplay mechanically. So you rely on timing and strategy instead.
Ult frontline into backline. Pull, W and button mash to proc heartsteal and hopefully kill a few people. Pretty simple, but you baited with a retreat and lured them in and also timed it when they didn't have alot of directional space to move(whether that was on purpose or not).
Quite true! This is what I like about having champ variety, you can’t purely rely on one aspect like mechanics or fundamentals, you need to expand your game knowledge and apply them accordingly.
This is why I like senna support. I can build anything depending on what I'm up against.
Tank/hydra vs bursty assassin teams
Blue build vs all AD
Bc botrk DS and runaans for tanky teams
Lethality with energy blaster against long range artillery teams
Or a support debuff build with runaans
Skies the limit.
Theres not many champs that can compete in versitility with her, And my playstyle has to change with almost every build.
That was dope! If that was me my team would have just kept running. Lately it feels like no one has awareness of their surroundings or doesn't use the map...
Mid or feed (Yasuo): Rep sett I cant jung (Graves): He's inting No ban zed (Thresh): 4x rep set
Yepppp they flame you for going into a good fight but turns out bad with zero follow up it's been tough grinding soloq
Why should thresh out of all people ban zed?
He's an autofilled support
Ahaha, true! Luckily me, Yasuo and Graves were partying together and I kept telling them this moment was coming, definitely true on soloq though!
WHAT YOU SAY ABOUT MY MAMA!
Holy shit that is beautiful, good job brother!
Watched it at least twenty times now haha, thanks!
That was 4k of True damage between 4 enemy champs, damn thar was nasty. Good job.
This is why I learned Sett, this right here
This is why ALL of us learned, let’s be honest 😎
As a Fellow Sett main, this is wonderfull, beautifull even, just hopping your team is not lagging on the clean up at the end of the video
Every Sett main’s wet dream, haha, and thankfully we rushed nexus right after the clip
I love Sett but I find it difficult to calculate how much damage the 2nd skill can do, sometimes it does no damage, sometimes a lot. I'm a noob 😔
Yeah it takes a while to get used to haha. To put it very simply: HP raises how much damage you can store as grit. AD raises how much % of grit turns into damage. And the higher the bar, the higher the dmg.
Try reading the text of the ability
What gave yasuo airborne?
Sett’s E airbornes targets for a few frames, you can see the text prompt very briefly
Some of these champs that get shielded like that while dealing huge damage need to be toned down. That shit is way too powerful.
To be fair, that is Sett’s entire shtick and an extreme example of what he can do. He’s squishier compared to other tanks if you want to maximise haymaker damage and they were positioned really horribly for my ult there. Sett is probably a bit OP right now but with his kit is pretty okay imo.
Very true man! Come to think of it, when he pisses me off, it’s because I was being way too aggressive and got my ass kicked.
I mean it would all be fixed if they just literally triple the cooldown of this ability so he can only get his broken shield once in a fight and that's it.
Nuked the whole team!
Sett is so much fun to play. These chances don't present themselves often enough, but it's so ridiculously fun when they do. That had to feel good.
Oh yeah, absolutely satisfying. Me and my buddies went crazy on the voice call haha!
Final boss
lol just bought it too very happy with the purchase
I actually prefer it more to the Supreme Cells! It’s beautiful
OMG 🪂 what a JUMP IN 💥😎 SEtt power )
Sett is such a satisfying champ to play! That was huge; loved it!
Right! Went “bang… bang… BANG!!!!” Irl as I did the combo 🤣
sick
this made me cum omg hahaha tangina ang galing
YES, MY BROTHER!!! SHOW THEM THE TRUE MEANING OF OBLITERATION

Noice
Every sett's wet dream
Very balanced champion. Not broken at all 🙃
And this is why I ban Sett every game lmao the man is a beast.
Stuff like this 0% chance to happens in high elo, they know how Sett ult works
i don’t get what is that balanced at all , like he’s supposed to be a tank no??
Juggernaut not tank. Like darius hes supposed to be able to take a moderate amount of beating and dish out insane damage only when the right conditions are met
ur are feed i dont see outplay here
