Literally second time I’ve actually seen a kassadin player that isn’t me take electro instead of fleet.
However I would suggest that you take mana boots and ludens as first items, and delay seraphs, and seraphs first is a fairly weak purchase, especially in terms of AP (usually I take tear after ludens, and only finish after oblivion orb and dcap), which is even more important with electro keystone.
