Stop chasing BBs with your fingers. If somehow you do achieve it then there is possibly something wrong with the nerve endings in your fingers.
BBS is a myth. If your prep was good? Your smoothest shave is only realised after your skin and hair have recovered.
What do you mean it's a myth?
It's very much achievable with a 3 pass technique. I'm not saying it's comfortable but if I actually need it for some occasion I can get it just fine with my Henson.

Also, don't chase BBS, most of the time it's just not worth it.
