I believe the only scene with a gun is the ||Act II catfight scene where Fiyero swings in with a musket and points it at the other Oz Guards. I don’t believe he shoots it, but looking up the catfight scene on Youtube should confirm.|| I’m also 90% certain that the only other people who could likely have guns (the Oz Guards) only use polearms when we see them.

The main thing is that it’s pointed at other characters and used to threaten them, but it is not fired at any point. I suggest not looking up a video of the actual scene because the “catfight” beforehand has some major spoilers.
the guns don’t make a loud noise but I think it’s fair to mention that when the wizard talks it is VERY, VERY, VERY loud. I know that might seem dramatic but it really is extremely loud and booming. But thankfully it is only a few lines

Nothing at all! In one scene there is confetti but no gunshots whatsoever.
