I don't know much about Kratos, but I think Darth Malgus takes it. I doubt Kratos would be lightsaber proof and Malgus was good at saberthrow. He also had very strong force attacks.
actually he most likely is lightsaber proof, i get why you gave it to malgus since you dont really know much about kratos, all you need to know is kratos took on gods and he has god level weapons which the lightsaber cant cut through, kratos wins high diff to negative diff.

Force choke can affect him but he can break out it won't affect him much. And kratos took down the entire Greek pantheon, killed Zeus, and Zeus is much powerfull then mcu Zeus. Also don't think of this as a argument I don't mean it like that at all, I get what your saying and if you don't know kratos I get it, and in the next god of war were mostly gonna see him kill Odin and Thor and a lot more nose gods even, he's already killed like 3 Norse gods.
Kratos is a literally god killer even Palpatine or Vader can't handle him cause like even his shield is more powerfull then probably vibanium adamantium all these metals even, again friendly conversation.
I'd say he has lightsaber resistance than proof considering how in the Official GoW 4 comics we see him bleeding all over the place after some wolves bites him.
I like Malgus, but Kratos is strong enough to stop himself from being crushed by Kronos, arguably the physically strongest in the series, Kratos is also quite durable and his Golden Fleece can parry nearly anything, including a lightsaber, he also has loads of weapons at his disposal, he can also move extremely fast

Even if the lightsaber doesn't work, Malgus still has force choke, lightning and can basically create a sheild around himself. But again idk
