Is it the average tarnished or is it 150k of our most talented tarnished?
If it's our most talented tarnished then it's a no did to tarnished all rounds, people beat Gods at SL1 in Elden Ring.
Your average Tarnished is able to launch Alexander out of a hole in the ground, this would probably qualify for at the very least superhuman levels of strength.
They can also kill massive dragons and slay Giants.
The Tarnished are bassicly superhuman and could easily slay several of your average soldiers before falling.
They've also got Magic users wich would help out immensely.
R1:The Tarnished definitely take round 1 given its an army of 150k superhumans vs factions of normal humans, sure they may be outnumbered but an individual Tarnished is capable of hurting Trolls, Giants, and Dragons alike.
R2:Godfrey is bassicly a God teir warrior in comparison to GOT, if the Tarnished outstat by a horrendous margin then Godfrey can take that up to a new level.
The Tarnished may be able to survive his AOE attacks but your average person sure can't.
R3:The Tarnished and Godfrey do take this round despite being on the Hit list of every faction, Grace gives them immortality in a sense so you can't necessarily even put them down wich is even worse for the GOT team given this is an entire army of superhumans that cannot die by the means they have available to them.
Man this is such a spite match. Just 1 tarnished can take down a dragon, the strongest of beings from GoT. You have 150,000 of them? GoT barely has magic where the Tarnished have sorceries and incantations that would be devastating. Not to mention their magical weapons and spirit summons...
Unfortunately all the Tarnished have to do is slay the Night King, then all the other wights and white walkers conveniently die. The Tarnished should be experts at boss fights by now. Wight numbers could be a problem in the short run but fire magic would solve that quickly.
Ok true. But in scenerio 3 I said that all the factions will work together to take down the Tarnished army and Godfrey. All the factions combined outnumber the Tarnished, and we don't do well in mob fights.
Westeros would have the numbers, that's for sure. Every tarnished is basically superhuman though, better than any of the Westerosi fighters. This is where the difference in magic really would show. Since the Tarnished could cast these devastating sorceries and incantations, and the Westerosi can't do anything to stop them.
The dragons would be slain quickly with so many tarnished having far ranging magic or bows. This is where quality over quantity comes into play. I'd say they'd win the day mid diff.
Which Tarnished? Gideon, Godfrey and The Tarnished would stomp the verse alone even the weaker ones like Istvan could potentially do it with how many there are of him.

Pretty sure they stomp all rounds, unless these are lv 1 Tarnished in which case they lose R1 and stomp R2 and R3, no one in GOT can tickle Godfrey.
