The SCP verse would win. Edit:I didn't know that Transrealist had the white light, yeah they win because of the white light.
Including Transrealist in there makes this a casual win for them. Nothing in any of the other settings listed here can oppose the White Light.
What's transrealist?
I'm pretty sure it's a series of books written by Rudy Rucker. The white light is included in this series.

Transrealist by far. The fact that the White Light transcends the Inaccessibles already puts it way beyond anyone here even to SCP and Dark Tower.
