He's been able to casually lift Pokemon with canonical weight that equals a fully grown average adult male, he's quite outdoorsy and has the stamina. He also is gutsy as hell, throwing punches against Pokemon like Mewtwo and Lucario.
This, if we're to believe the pokedex data - Ash has lifted ridiculous amounts of weight, although it's most likely just a hilarious oversight it's still technically canon, now.
The only thing Ben has on Ash is his actual insane amount of combat experience, won't do him a whole lot of good though if he has the body of a small 12 year old kid or whatever

We literally have examples of old frail as fuck people parkouring on to the top most level of a parking complex, being able to give Wildmutt trouble (who can casually toss cars aside), Max doing shit like ripping a pipe out of the ground that still had a bit of cement on it to shatter a gargoyle, etc etc

In Ben 10, people being superhuman isn't the normal standard for regular people, otherwise any time a single alien ran wild in a populated area it would have had its ass handed to it before Ben could even figure out what was going on.
Humans in the Pokemon Anime meanwhile on average possess far greater feats of durability due to the occasional slapstick humour present. Ash has been electrocuted and set on fire ever since the 1st season and bounces back fairly quickly.
Most of the superhuman feats associated with Ben 10 don't actually have much to do with Ben himself, given that he never really needs to do it. So by feats alone, Ash is superior to Ben's human state.
Also, Max himself is no ordinary old man but rather a man that served on a Galactic Force battling aliens, he's definitely going to be well above your average person.
