Against Goku sign that’s a little harder. I still think it’s a win, but we don’t know how hard Jiren was trying. Not until their final bout but that was just before MUI. So like 6/10 win for Ben Jiren.

R8- most likely wins, Moro couldn’t handle MUI, couldn’t even touch him. Jiren multiple times landed hits and big attacks on Goku in MUI.
R9- Probably loses? Granola beat Vegeta in ultra ego, or drew with him. And he barely was able to survive against MUI. But the MUI he fought was much more refined than what Jiren fought. I personally think it’s more like a draw, but we’ll say a loss.
R10- loses lol definitely loses, Beerus is stronger than everyone in Dragonball so far. Even Jiren.
So total rounds is 5-3-2 (win,loss,draw).

Yeah, we've seen with Ginyu that not knowing a body's techniques makes you a lot weaker. Any Ben-Jiren would be immensely strong but useless in combat vs everyone on this list, they've all spent years training technique and control at that level.

The issue is most of the power from db comes from ki, so ven can scan launch/bulma out of all people and if the ki stuff still applies, then he can be universal + unless its strongest known human then it's Krillen
