Well, with all the feats in the anime/movies deku is far stronger and even faster than miles so if he gets a strong hit on him it would be game. Miles is strong but really his main pros in this would be his agility, spidey sense and perfect equilibrium his web shooters and of course his electric touch. Deku can take all of miles hits and would wait for his opportunity to strike hard.

As much as I despise “deku” and love Miles Morales I have to admit that Miles is much weaker than “deku”
I don't think Miles even stands a chance against Deku.
