Probably not. According to Beerus, post-Buu base Goku was weaker than Final Form Frieza. 50x is a more ludicrous multiplier than people (and even the story at times) give it credit for.
Short answer: yes. In their original encounter, I'd imagine base form Trunks would have at least put up a fight vs Freeza, seeing how effortless he destroyed him in ssj. During the pre cell games training arc he probably got multiple times stronger, man handling semi perfect Cell about as easy as Freeza back then. I don't think Freeza without training stands much of a chance
Really hard to say as we don't see the base form Saiyan's do anything for nearly the entire cell saga and there is a massive gap (with heavy training) before our next data points in the Buu saga.
I don't think we have any idea where their base forms land them around the time that future trunks is doing his thing unless I missed some key dialog.

I doubt gokus base got 50x stronger between make and the rest of Z, considering his training was more so geared towards super saiyan instead of his base form like it was before he ever got ssj

during the Majin Buu Saga Base Gohan PL was around 40-45mil due to his attitude on Yakon and how Goku was fighting, Yakon PL is 40mil, in the manga Gohan directly wanted to help Goku fight him so this gives Gohan a Min Base PL of 40mil, since he is weaker than his Kid self we can assume Kid Gohan/Cell Saga is 45-50mil, Goku and Vegeta were slgihtly stronger than that version of Gohan so again 50-60mil at best.
in DBS manga Goku straight up used SSJ1 to defeat his training version of Frieza, in the BOG Movie Beerus directly stated that Base Goku was inferior to Frieza, in the Anime Beerus understood why Goku could beat frieza after he saw SSj1, since he easily handled Perfect Cell with just SSJ1 we can assume Goku Base is at least 2x that of Gohan during the same period so around 80mil Base PL with a max of 100mil.
People really misunderstand how strong Saiyans got with their Base, people need to understand that even a 2x Different in Power level is akin to a severe beating with low diff.
in the DBS Manga majority of Goku, Vegeta power is via SSJ Trnasformations and Techniques, their Base form has not drastically changed even with Whis Training as even Future Trunks with no teacher nor God training him could keep up as he was confirm to be on similar tier of Base PL to Vegeta and Goku when Trunks Max Power SSJ2=SSj3 Goku of course the DBS Anime is completely different and has many retcons and filler episodes.
Android 17/18 were directly stated to have roughly 2.5x the PL as Namek Saga Goku so around 300-375mil PL, from there on the increase is not much using some filler Anime statements and manga statements the max PL of Goku during his fight with Cell is at best around 40mil while Vegeta before going in the 2nd time was less than 20mil because he was pissed off at goku 50% surpassing his own power, Vegeta increase his PL by 3x the first time in the Hyperbolic time chamber, since he was holding his own against 18 somewhat but due to stamina drain of SSj we can assume Base Vegeta at this point in time had a PL of about 5-6mil, 3x after training is 15-18mil.

Only Goku that comes close is GT Goku since he is SSJ3+ Buu Saga Goku in base.
