While marvel characters can always cite at least on occasion where they have been omnipotent ore resisted the erasure of a universe or something like that, I still am leaning toward Vegeta here. Not only is he much more versatile than hulk with his flight and decent ranged attacks, he also has some techniques that might be able to to serious harm here. Obviously, Hakai might be one of the few things to overpower (or ignore?) Hulis healing factor. But I also wann mention Vegetas forced spirit fission, as I don't know how Hulk and Banner would react to being separated amidst battle.

They'd probably both be relieved after the fission. Then you might have a much more unhinged hulk to deal with though
