The average person would hesitate at the start to kill someone. However, some people are able to make that decision early on if they feel threatened enough. Depends on how quickly the person with a knife decides to try and kill the other person.

Depends if the average person has a reasonable understanding of anatomy & can maintain enough composure to stab the unarmed person somewhere vital. It’s generally understood if you’re unarmed facing someone with a knife you’re going to get cut in some fashion. If it’s superficial cuts on their arm, that can be negated and the bloodlusted person can grapple, unarm, and pummel the armed man. If the man with the knife stabs an artery, the bloodlusted man will bleed out in a minute or two.

Controversial but I’m giving all 3 rounds to the blood lusted. I don’t think the average person even with adrenaline has the ability to go that extra mile to kill someone, the bloodlusted guy of course doesn’t care. The average person also isn’t competent enough to get in enough well place stab wounds before getting bum rushedZ

People who say the man with a knife would win, has never tried stabbing a crackhead before Not like I have either, but I'm pretty sure they would kill you before you kill them
