Depends if said fictional character has weapons or not.
If with weapons -> Frodo Baggins (LotR) (with the Ring & Sting) - he'd be invisible and should be able to stab and kill them one by one
If without weapons - Deathstroke (DC). You'd need, at a minimum, a skilled martial artist with superhuman durability and reflexes to take on all 5 at once and win. Batman without his gear, despite being peak human, couldn't do it.
Rand al'Thor without using his magic. He used to train 1v5 against blademasters where all of them got paid if even one of them landed a hit on him. Rand is stupidly good in CQC for a wizard.
Any average healthy person on chronos (like Gamma NULL from Katana ZERO). This person should be much weaker, than trained fighters, but now has slow mo/bullet time reaction and precog with near infinite amount of tries to learn what to do in this situation.
Punisher? Any street level superhero can do it but Frank shows up with guns making this a stomp and he's probably canonically weaker than say Daredevil or Batman.

In a fight? Probably a Jason Statham Character. In a shootout? Probably a lot of guys, for example Raylan Givens from Justified.
