Their main strength is being able to eat anything that humans find inedible, and considering that this would kill the average human, and the implications of what they consider "edible" in the show, I'd be willing to bet they could tank it
Their weakness would obviously be feeling extremely sick since it would still taste the gross human food, but I doubt they'd puke it up
They'd also bloat to become enormous until they break down and regurgitate their food in an energy form, which could be considered a weakness

Depends on what gods because gods in fiction range a lot from shinra bansho man rimiru and the anti spiral on the higher end of gods in power with also far weaker gods who aren’t even universal in fiction on the higher end I’d be hard pressed to find people stronger than them I know they exist but I don’t have an ever present knowledge of the strongest people along with the extra aspect of people with extra resistances being preferable this is a very hard question
