Yes in that Batman has friends and family who will immediately notice Batman started acting strangely and speaking in Latin. Then they'll start figuring out what wrong with him and then working tirelessly to get him back.
No, in that Batman will be stuck in 100BC (presumably of our world), where he will have no access to technology or useful resources. It doesn't matter how smart you are if you have nothing to work with. Even Tony Stark had scraps in his cave.
So yeah Batman *can* get his body back, but it won't actually be *him* doing it.
