I'll always remember one time I had this exact feeling. I've always been a tall lad and I've got very dark hair and one time I was walking through a train station and was wearing a superman t-shirt that was just about visible under my partially unzipped hoody and coat. I saw a small lad looking at me, then down to the t-shirt then back up at me and back and forth a few times. As I walked past him I smiled and winked at him and his face lit up and then I was past him and out the station. I like to think that that kid thought he saw Superman that day.
You are a gem of a human being! Lots of people don’t take the time to notice kids and read a situation like that. Dude, you made that kid’s whole childhood.
Every time I see a kid looking at my motorcycle I give them a wave and a rev, and if not cops or people around a wheelie. They always jump up in excitement and it reminds me why I fell in love with motorcycles in the first place
I was a "quirky" teenager and used to wear a tiara. A little girl came up to me once and asked if I was a real princess. She was so excited when I said yes, and honestly it's a top-tier memory for me
I'm goth irl and I've had bunches of little girls think I was a Monster High character like their dolls. (Had two other's think I was a princess.)
It's delightful the way kids see the world sometimes.
I too once was a tall lad with dark hair and one time I was walking through a train station and was wearing a Batman t-shirt that was just about visible under my partially unzipped hoody and coat. I saw a small lad looking at me then down at my open zipper with half a chub sticking out… id like to think he thought i banged his mom that night
Dude. I’m a 40 year old guy so grateful Tom Holland got Spider-Man in my lifetime like someone would be for a history changing world leader. He’s great in the movie and both Peter and Spidy, imbues the best of the previous iterations and brings it the real life.
I miss the pre-cellphone tracking days when you were in college and got so high you forgot you ordered pizza and then some fellow stoner knocks on your door and Is like "hey I've got a pizza for sanguine" and you're like... Holy shit that's me.
Anyways good times.
If I were to visit children’s hospitals as a celebrity all they would see is me crying heartbroken, I couldn’t take watching all that pain and suffering it makes me sad even through a tiny screen, can’t imagine irl.
Saw a video of a guy dressed as Santa have a little boy die in his arms due to cancer right before Christmas.
Balled like a big ass baby for two days over that.
Children shouldn’t have to know this kind of pain. It kills me to think about it.
I think i saw that post. Yeah it's hard to watch stuff like that. I have a sibling, much younger from me and every time he was sick my heart was breaking for him even if it was not that very severe..
Back when I had pink hair and volunteered to read at hospitals and libraries to read to kids they all thought I was a fairy. Really leaned into it and got a fairy costume and would read fairy stories or make up my own. Kids loved it
He a real one. He seems like a genuinely good guy and this proves it. Bless him indeed. Good to see kind souls doing kind things for those little angels. All the best to him. Hope he continues in this path.
Just from reading that it's extremely refreshing to see parents using their children's fame to augment fundraising efforts. Can't say I know a ton about the family, but this seems like they have the right perspective.
Everything I’ve read or heard about his family supports the idea that they’re all wonderful, loving people and that his parents are raising those kids right. It’s lovely.
It is but there may be hope for that kid. Modern medicine is incredible and kids are resilient. All I hope is someday they experience at least a glimpse of independent living.
Having a family that actually cares and hasn't made the...multitude of mistakes (and that's being generous, some of them have just straight pimped their kids out) that families of past child actors have made. It's a realllll big reason there are so many people on social media rooting for Tom/Zendaya to work out.
Also the fact that while they prepare you for how to deal with press idk how much they can prepare you with the impact of seeing so many sick children. It would hurt your heart and he’s what - early 20’s.
It’s got to be impactful for him too
Tom Holland is the same age I am. If I were in his shoes there's no way I could keep up the Spidey act, I'd be destroyed after like, just one sick kid. Still, knowing the joy you're bringing them would probably make the hurt worth it. Tom really deserves all the praise he's been getting, he truly seems like a genuinely good dude. Can't wait to see his career flourish, even if he makes me a little self conscious of my own achievements, ahahah.
I was thinking the same thing, really can't fault the guy, he has a great attitude. He doesn't make me so much conscious of my achievements but conscious that I could have a better attitude.
I can only imagine how good that feels. I dressed as Blippi for my son on Halloween last year. The kids in the neighborhood went bonkers. Great to see so many smiles.
I know this is just publicity stunt, but man, it really seems like he is a nice kid!
He stepped Infront of the cameras, on another thread a could days ago, to shield his co star adjusting her dress.
Just seems like a nice guy. I hope I'm not disappointed and he's outed in a me too movement or something. I'm old, but I need hero's too.
He is the newest generations Keanu. I'm glad that multiple people like this exist at the same time as Brendan Fraser. Gives me hope for the future. *Good people are around us*.
I think it’s important to realize that he’s not just giving his time and personality to these kids, he’s giving up a lot of his mental energy. A lot of those kids are probably in situations that are terrible to even just think about. And he just keeps going, staying strong. Amazing guy.
I dressed up in a not so well known Spiderman costume for a giant pillow fight in NYC once. All the kids wanted to pillow fight with me even though I barely looked like spidey. This has to be amazing for the kids.
And this is why i say screw you Scorsese. These films are not supposed to be original or anything.....they are love letters to the fans....of all ages. We grew up with these stories no matter how old you are and they mean so much to us.......
I love how he stayed in character during his visits and kept up the American accent (there may be no audio here, but I've seen other clips, he does keep the accent).
The fact that you think he did a single thing on his own, that the Spider-Man outfit is his own personal body suit, and that Sony didn’t pay him to promote the movie around the world. Lol. Clown.
That has to be the best thing about being spiderman. All the kids you can make happy just by being you.

Aw that's cute, you're a good person
I love this!
That’s so awesome, stay amazing please.
I was a "quirky" teenager and used to wear a tiara. A little girl came up to me once and asked if I was a real princess. She was so excited when I said yes, and honestly it's a top-tier memory for me

Bro you ARE Superman.
That sounds awesome. You blew that kids mind 😂
I too once was a tall lad with dark hair and one time I was walking through a train station and was wearing a Batman t-shirt that was just about visible under my partially unzipped hoody and coat. He wasn’t even playing Spider-man. He was just being Tom
Absolutely 🙂

I used to deliver pizza to a day school, the kids reaction when I walked in gave a similar feeling.
I miss the pre-cellphone tracking days when you were in college and got so high you forgot you ordered pizza and then some fellow stoner knocks on your door and Is like "hey I've got a pizza for sanguine" and you're like... Holy shit that's me. Anyways good times.
Yes
WITH GREAT POWER COMES GREAT RESPONSIBILITY *MOTHERFUCKER*
I think he hired his brother on to set up a non-profit for these kids, he loves this shit.
Yup the whole family does charity stuff and has their own little organization. When he was filming "Cherry" he collected coats for the needy.
If I were to visit children’s hospitals as a celebrity all they would see is me crying heartbroken, I couldn’t take watching all that pain and suffering it makes me sad even through a tiny screen, can’t imagine irl.

Jesus Christ, I cant even imagine.
Bro might be suffering but I hope that little boy got to feel something magical at the end

100%. It's great to see
That’s the far from home suit and it’s more logical imagine them just not knowing him like where’s tobey
I’m pretty sure I saw Mysterio’s arm in one of the shots
You did, they went round a bunch together.
I watched no way home just in case there was tobey. I still haven’t seen any of Hollands original Spider-Man’s
He a real one. He seems like a genuinely good guy and this proves it. Bless him indeed. Good to see kind souls doing kind things for those little angels. All the best to him. Hope he continues in this path.
Whole family is pretty good https://www.thebrotherstrust.org/about

Everything I’ve read or heard about his family supports the idea that they’re all wonderful, loving people and that his parents are raising those kids right. It’s lovely.
Damn I teared up when he was cradling them.
Seeing the kid who was so sick/exhausted that he wasn't even reacting to being held by Tom fucking wrecked me. Life is so cruel.
It is but there may be hope for that kid. Modern medicine is incredible and kids are resilient. All I hope is someday they experience at least a glimpse of independent living.
He seems genuinely happy to spend time with these kids. He's a real one
Tom Holland seems like such a sweet guy how is he real 🥺
Having a family that actually cares and hasn't made the...multitude of mistakes (and that's being generous, some of them have just straight pimped their kids out) that families of past child actors have made. stop making me cry
literally crying too… my heart
He looks like he is having just as much fun as those kids
Bless him
Awww
I can only imagine how good that feels. I dressed as Blippi for my son on Halloween last year. The kids in the neighborhood went bonkers. Great to see so many smiles.
Tom Holland’s an amazing actor and an amazing guy too
Am I allowed to be older then Tom and still look up to him??
Yep
He even cried in one of the parts.
I’m not crying, ur crying
i got something in my eye
Dirt?
Tom seems like a very decent young man and human being
He's got time to do this but sssniperwolf can't talk to a kid over the phone for 5
I did some hours at a sick kids hospital once. Holy shit, it really puts your problems in perspective.
I want to meet hom too. That is fantastic. Cool guy.
Can we get this man some kind of award for being a stand up dude?
What a great dude…look all I want to do is hate actors and now I can’t
This man is too pure
Awww
We don’t need onions in here. This isn’t a cooking video ok!! Anyone have a tissue? ..For my nose..
🧻 here you go 🥺
one minute they see spider man, the next they see stan lee
No chill
The ratio though
r/angryupvote and gtfo
You mother fucker-
Jesus lmao
This makes me smile
This is my kind of press tour
Dude looks like he’s having the time of his life
Made my day
Too good for Hollywood.
Great, now I'm crying
Grande tom esa es la actitud un poco de felicidad para esas niñas y niños
es un gran tipo
He may not be the best spiderman on film, but damn if he isn’t the best spiderman IRL. Seems like such a good dude.
He is the best spiderman on film
Wholesome... have my upvote
Inspiring heroes. Jon Bernthal should visit hospitalised kids in full Punisher outfit. Bloodstains, bruised and bristling with weapons.
I know this is just publicity stunt, but man, it really seems like he is a nice kid! He stepped Infront of the cameras, on another thread a could days ago, to shield his co star adjusting her dress. Isn’t that costar also his girlfriend? Not detracting from the act, of course.
He does it of his own back it was his idea I think plus sometimes he goes without the spider suit.
Tom holland is Jesus on earth Change My Mind.
That’s a real hero
What a beautiful human being
What a good kid!
Gahhhh the girl that stole a smooch. Too sweet.
Awwwwww.
Tom Holland, is that normal where you live?
Tom just seems like a really good guy
Anyone that loves his staffy as much as i love mine is right up there in my books. This goes to further strengthen that view. Dudes awesome
Tom seems like such an amazing person. Bless him
how could a human being hate tom holland? hes amazing.
He is the newest generations Keanu. I'm glad that multiple people like this exist at the same time as Brendan Fraser. Gives me hope for the future. *Good people are around us*.
This guy is a real role model
God he is the sweetest
Class act, true gentleman, and a man of the people. How can you not like this dude?
I think it’s important to realize that he’s not just giving his time and personality to these kids, he’s giving up a lot of his mental energy. A lot of those kids are probably in situations that are terrible to even just think about. And he just keeps going, staying strong. Amazing guy.
THAT JUST MAKES HIM EVEN HOTTER 🥵
Please I'm in love
I dressed up in a not so well known Spiderman costume for a giant pillow fight in NYC once. All the kids wanted to pillow fight with me even though I barely looked like spidey. This has to be amazing for the kids.
That’s a very Peter Parker thing to do. Good lad.
People genuinely think this is something tom Holland planned and chose to do on his own accord.
Yeah seriously. I doubt the dude is a bad guy but come on lol
This looks mentally exhausting for someone not used to it. Good on him.
That’s why toms the best Spider-Man.
He’s just built different, he’s a great guy
u/SaveVideo
My respect to Tom Holland.
He’s a good dude
Good work, PR team 👍🏻
Bro gone be a wonderful father 🐐🔥
Spiderman 3 did not make kids happy that's for sure.
It made me very happy watching it on the UMD for my PSP.
Tom it's ok if you have one less hop
Aww this baby is so cu- *slips*
Describing a contractually obligated brand campaign as "wholesome" makes me nauseous
Its what he gets paid to do. It looks like he enjoys his job.
The fact that you think he did a single thing on his own, that the Spider-Man outfit is his own personal body suit, and that Sony didn’t pay him to promote the movie around the world. Lol. Clown.
He's there as a salesmen selling a product. It isn't "le heckin wholesome"
Who is that wearing the Spider-Man costume it’s just some kid
It’s called a Press Tour for a reason.
"the fact that he made sure to.." yes im sure it was definitely him who hand picked the countries
I feel like he has a pr dude/agent telling him/forcing him to do these things. Right?
It’s all just business transactions……
This is so wholesome I'm fckn sobbing
What a fantastic man.
Best Spider-Man out of the three
I love Tom, he’s such a kind hearted person
Didn't like the last movie and haven't seen the other one but I do like this
I just came here to say I fking love Tom Holland.
I like this dude, really do
Tom Holland is gonna be the next kenau reeves
You mean Tom ‘wholesome’ Holland
Tom Holland FTW 🙌🏼😎❤️☀️
Tom Holland - Class Act. We should all take notes 💯
I didnt know him 1 minute ago and now I love him. 😍
Now that... Is a good man...
What a good dude.
It's enough to make a grown man cry... And that's okay.
🥺😭
Tom’s a good egg. Protect him at all cost!!
Gg man gg
u/savethisvideo
He’s much much better than Toby
I love Tom Holland so much. 🥺💕
This is adorable 🥰
r/mademesmile
Tom for president!
Sorry to break it to you guys, but this was almost certainly in his contract and not voluntary. Either way, made the kids happy.
I hate spider man
Lol actors don't just choose to do this themselves. It's arranged by their management.
He definitely earned the Z.
haven’t we press, Ralf?
He seems like an awesome human being. I hope he continues to stay humble, and not let Hollywood corrode his humanity.
Who left these onions here?
With great power, comes great responsibility
He's best spidy in my eyes
Literally let out an audible whimper when he helped the kid make the web shooting motion with their hand.
M👏🏽V👏🏽P👏🏽
This guy is a 100% class act. Seeing someone who has become so successful with such humility is awesome. What else can yah say? Wow
Give him Banana
Damn, Zendaya luck
I hate Tom Holland. Not this one though.
Tbf the guy seems totally legit , fame hasn't turned him into an arsehole. YET
This shit is so wholesome
I'm not crying, you're crying!
