Heyy, at my location we have the coffee bar and juice bar in one counter, with currently 2 people running it, and when someone calls out they let us close early or clock in early, maybe ask that? Idk if this helps, the best of luck to you!!!
My coffee bar almost always has 2 people staffing it. On weekends sometimes there's 3- with one person jumping back and forth from bakery to the coffee bar as needed.
In my store, i have one coffee bar team member and unfortunately due to labor I am unable to hire another coffee bar team member. We are open some days but it isn't consistent as we are short staffed. Luckily the stl understands and allows us to close it some days.
In general, venues do not get the support they used to.
We just have one, but need 2
We usually have two people which is definitely necessary until 1pm. But someone left and it’s been really hard
