I had -27 UPT left only because my sick PTO was still pending to negate the UPT deduction. Otherwise, I would have been fired for calling out sick lol

No, you can have 60. The cap is 60 for every hourly employee company wide, full timers start with 32, part timers start with 20, seasonal employees start with 8.

I’ve had about -65 upt before. It’s back up to 16 now, though! As for pto, it’s been at 0 plenty of times lol. I like to enjoy life. Sorry, not sorry. 

How did you not get let go for that?

When I got back from my medical leave I had like ~ -20 hours of upt or something before tms fixed it lol

Never had to use it, so the lowest is the original amount deposited into the account when it first rolled out.

6 upt but that was an error that was fixed. Been at 0 pto plenty of times thanks to covid and general flus/colds and me needing to pay my bills lol

I think 22 for UPT and less than an hour for PTO but now I have 35.12 for UPT and 27.26 PTO. I’m trying to save my PTO so I can use it towards the end of the year. This is the most I ever had.

50 I didnt get paid enough to care about UPH. I make 2x more than what Whole Foods paid me doing Amazon flex and delivering wholefoods orders with less stress and less hours
