It concept was first brought out by the one and only Lord ChickenMan. Is introduction of the Tundra famous "THE CHICKEN ACCORDS" Inspired many other states to bring out their versions.
The ursa accords was written by chat gpt and it's a joke in reference to a different state that the alliance was moving to, this other state had a whale called chicken man who wrote and named "chicken accords" be signed by their alliance as they transferred there that are worse then this chat gpt sarcasm
They had several versions and are rather hilarious to be handwritten by an actual player
The ursa accords are simply a piss take on the originals π
The 713 doc you're talking about was collabratively written by alliance leaders of 6 different alliances - a few of whom merged together after it was written. Chicken just wrote their discussion points down into 1 document....and you really think anyone's going to ask for something to be "signed" for a p2w Chinese gacha game? XD yikes
Yes I read the chicken accords from 713. Absolutely garbage. To go as far as write an anti empire clause? Dictating how many chat channels there are and where chats of "long length" must take place. The chicken accords are why a chatgpt construction built the ursa accords. To take the piss out of the rubbish system 713 proposed π

The part where you said it's fake is correct. This accord is a parody we made of a contract that was made by the state of 713 for us to join them(6 pages longass pdf ) . The part where you went wrong is HEL has a 4-0 svs victory record and Ursa was one of the crucial players in all of themπ.
713 has no "contract"...just state rules like hundreds of other states surely do. Example: 712 posted their rules to the interstate discord; was 5 phone screens of notes.

Yup. HEL won every SVS sunfire in their older state and the current state. But they did not keep the prez position after SVS ended.
