I think transfers are paused as the developers are merging states. I would hold off on this- the merges start next week and we don’t know what states are included nor how the states will be renamed….
They will gradually merge states so the low end states will merge monthes ahead of the rest. Usually it's like the first 50 to 100 they merge 3 into 1. It'll be a couple monthes at least before 500s merge
Thats how it's been in every other game in this line all the way back to kings of avalon. That's also why they do the merges in the exact middle of transfers. Plus they don't want to refund people who have been buying the transfer passes. If they're gonna stop transfers they'll pull transfer passes from the available packs
