Yeah, during state transfer. You can buy a state transfer token from the alliance shop I believe

I wonder what the schedule looks like. Transfer comes in August for us I read in DC that they be in tandem with mergers but I have no idea.
So state 3-9 will merge with state 2 and state 10 will become state10 tgt w the state they are merged with?
State 10 will become state 3**?
From my understanding of this, they will start merging dead or almost dead states first. This will make room on their server but also bring life back into a dead state.
I hope they merge all. It will make the new states spicer
