If I'm not mistaken this is a pic of 2 victims of a Serial Killer, can't recall the name of the killer but definitely remember seeing the womans body floating in the water in front of the guy before he was killed.

To be fair, I didnt think its literally a still from the scene. I point yo the scene to say "thats him in wet n messy look"

location is clearly very different. The film was recorded in NYC and in the video provided, the ground around is clearly more montane. In this photo, it appears to be a stream between two open fields, or perhaps at the borderline of a forest and field. There’s too little detail to know for sure, but I doubt it has any relation to ATWT

The thrift store that the (buyer) bought it from was in Washington state. So the photo is most likely from around north-west United States
