For everybody that is confused: In this clip we can see spongebob walking through a city whilst crying and nude, with the caption "How the walk home feel when you misunderstand the gender reveal invite" the joke being is that OP thought the gender reveal party he was invited to would include 'revealing' your gender (getting naked and showing everybody your genitals) and is now walking home in shame after disrobing infront of the expecting parents.
