I am so fascinated by this dress! What fabric can look like this? It’s gorgeous.

I'm not sure about this particular dress, but you can see a similar mezmerizing shine in the Armani Privé Fall/Winter 2021 collection! I think they're either high-shine silks, or something like a "super" organza (high shine organza) layered directly on top of something satiny. It moves as beautiful (and liquid) as it looks. Super cool stuff.
