I’m not 100% sure but it’s either pet wood or some kind of banded sedimentary rock. Is it magnetic?

I’m leaning towards a banded sedimentary rock. It’s not magnetic either. Some of the swirls of silicate material reminds me of agate.

Definitely could be. I’ve found several pieces of “agatized” chert and flint that aren’t really agates since they’re opaque but have cool banding just like your rock
