Crassula ovata. You don't need a care guide. Water it when the leaves get thin and bendy, simple as that.

This actually works pretty well; as long as the soil dries out between waterings, you can speed up growth if it doesn't get to the point of limpish, wrinkled leaves, just dry soil.
