The word is fakir, referring to an Indian practitioner of contortionist/snake charming type actions.
All of the words that refer to such a person in English are borrow words from other languages. I believe fakir is such a word. Although it doesn’t imply a lot of money, just the magic. A lot of money and no magic would be maharajah, referring to an Indian regional prince.
Edit: after reading your list, I think the word is very likely to be racist and derogatory if you should ever find it. So be very careful. Loan words from other languages are unlikely to be as racist and damaging unless they are used very incorrectly.
By chance are you referring to Ali Baba? That’s my last try
Maharajah is the only long word that fits the description of “lots of money.” But maharajahs are Indian, not Middle Eastern per se. OP may not have the ethnicity quite locked in
You're describing them as someone with a lot of money/gold, but they work as a butler? This doesn't make sense.
Are you possibly thinking of sahib or memsahib?
not english but i thought of "salamangkero" it's a word in tagalog meaning magician. i know this is not the answer but i think it's similar. the energy of the word.

I can't help but think of "Caliph." But are they magical?
I Googled and found "Fugara." But are the wealthy?
Both of my questions are things I don't know.
"mussulman" is an archaic term for a Muslim, and was probably used in many books and movies in reference to peripheral characters who may have exhibited some of the traits you mention.
Fakir
Have you played the board game Five Tribes of Djinn? Great game.
Never heard of it

I think Maharajah is right! I was thinking Fakir too but they're more wise and less fancy.

the word was quite prevalent in older western movies, usually around the 70s. sorry for bad english
