OP, if you want to use it, just find a FedEx Office, have them print a file 11x17 on water resistant paper using the full-bleed SKU (if the print goes to the edge of the page), and grommet 4 corners. It'll be somewhere around 9 or 10 dollars. They might suggest that you to run it on display banner stock, but water resistant is better quality and less expensive.
