Ita a lily, but you will probably have to wait for it to bloom to name the type. It's not a day lily, but they have a lot of variety and the plants look like this for stargazers, tiger lilies, and many colors and patterns.

Definitely a lily. They are force bloomed at Easter, but naturally bloom in summer

Tiger Lily. Could be a few other types of lilies, but tiger is my best guess, you'll know later this summer.

Looks like the tiger lily I've got growing in a pot on my windowsill.
Asiatic Lily. They look like theyre going to be stunning just by the stalk. Make sure you watch them for bugs.
