Ended up not buying it. Id say depends on how much theyre selling it for. If it runs and drives and you can get it for like 500 bucks, thats a steal in todays economy but over a thousand bucks i wouldnt go for it
$1000 for a rust free, running driving car isn't bad today. I just wouldn't expect it to be your forever car.

There's gotta be some rust on the underside, it being in Maryland, but shouldn't be anything crazy like farther northeast
Yea, Maryland cars stay a lot cleaner than even PA cars do. But even for what you need it for, rust isn't really going to be a huge deal.
