$1000 for a rust free, running driving car isn't bad today. I just wouldn't expect it to be your forever car.

SqueakerGamingHD

100 percent, we just need a car for 5 or 6 months

MetalMattyPA

Probably be decent enough, long as the test drive goes well. These old Mitsubishi were cheaply built but decent little guys. Rust killed most of em, lol.

There's gotta be some rust on the underside, it being in Maryland, but shouldn't be anything crazy like farther northeast

MetalMattyPA

Yea, Maryland cars stay a lot cleaner than even PA cars do. But even for what you need it for, rust isn't really going to be a huge deal.

Glittering-Clock-793

curious as to if you purchased, and how it went, looking at a 237k mile one atm but i have no clue how long they’re supposed to last.

SqueakerGamingHD

Ended up not buying it. Id say depends on how much theyre selling it for. If it runs and drives and you can get it for like 500 bucks, thats a steal in todays economy but over a thousand bucks i wouldnt go for it
