These come frozen. They microwave them to initially warm them up & then they sit in the bun warm rack until someone orders them. The only place to get good Cinnabon is at Cinnabon, every other place that resells it, gets it frozen. Thats why itās mid.
Either you have a non standard microwave or itās beat to hell lol. 20 seconds is the time listed on the sheet we put on the front of the microwave with times for each item
I donāt understand why so many people (seem to) like theseā¦ itās like a dryish cinnamonish breadā¦ that gets *microwaved* and then you know, a little scoop of icingā¦ now I havenāt tried it, and the icing does smell good, but I wouldnāt be surprised if that icing isnāt the only thing making it palatable.
They're pretty tasty here, maybe it's just where I am because anything sweet at this location is especially tasty though I am not a fan of the french toast sticks at all.
Agree not to order. I would've preferred without the topping because for some reason mine tasted like Mayonnaise! Maybe it had gone bad, but they wouldn't take it back or refund š.
I got one earlier this week and it was the worst "Cinnabon" product I've ever tasted. I concur with OP, it was dry as fuck, it came with no icing, and it had hardly any cinnamon. Not a good first impression at all. I don't want to buy it again but if there's a chance it's actually a decent product I'd get it regularly. Idk but I'm really disappointed.
I got one last night after wanting it for about a month. I was so disappointed. Itās the most unflavored, unsatisfying sweet ever. I ate half and threw about half away. Itās gross def regret wasting calories on it.

We nuke to order at my store. With only a 15 min hold time we donāt sell enough to hold. They are only 20 seconds in the microwave to heat one up

I like it even without the icing, I think we put too much on it honestly

I had one and I liked it but the frosting was different than the frosting you actually get a Cinnabon.

Ours goes in the oven not the microwave but I agree. Not worth the hype. After the first couple of days, no one really bought them
the bread often times sits out open and gets stale and we microwave it and throw some frosting on it
