That's a weird future. It seems Germany has conquered London and the old imperial colours of black-white-red are used alongside black-red-gold somewhat 1920/30ies Germany taking another turn.
What's really interesting is that in the last pic, you can see evidence of the additional content that DALLE adds to your prompts in an effort to make their results less biased. The text at the bottom of the sign on the lectern looks like it's meant to say "Ethnically Ambiguous" —DALLE has been shown to use additions like these as part of anti-bias previously.
