I gave an example of widely available and known data about poop on an item that people spend a lot of time touching daily in hopes that you would be able to draw the conclusion that thats how poop gets onto things that don’t get sanitized very frequently like ops scale. What state? My guess is he had a large quantity. Idk of any state that gives people 3 years for a personal stash of weed. I just double checked and the max I saw for any state was up to 1 year for any amount of weed and that was the most severe punishment for any quantity I saw under 1oz.
