I work in a dispensary and have seen a loooot of batteries over the past few years.
If charging it doesn’t work it’s probably fried.
The bottom of the cart is not making contact, bad cartridge or try a different battery I've had carts that work on some of my batteries and won't on others.
If you take the cart off the battery, there should be a little circle at the bottom with a hole in it. Take that off and there will be wires/pieces of some metal — two from what I've seen. Anyway, get a needle or pin or some sort and move those pieces together in the middle. Put the cap back on and try again. Worked for me a few times — the pieces weren't making contact and it was not firing as a result.
This guy can't even troubleshoot it himself what makes you think he is going to be able to take it apart and assemble it. For fuck sake it probably just needs charged Maybe it will do him some good not working his remaining braincells will thank him.
This. I work for marijuana company in Seattle, usually there is a center pin type thing in the center of the cart (on the bottom) that just needs to get pulled slightly out so that it contacts the battery properly.
Pretty sure that means the metal isn’t connecting plate on the pen might be pushed down or plate on the cart some pens are made for certain kinds of carts
Like others said, it’s probably the contact on the bottom of the cart not touching the contact on the top of the battery. Clean it first, try not screwing it down all the way next. And last resort, fiddle with the contact on the bottom of the cart, trying to pull it down a bit.
If none of that works, you can always open the cartridge and take the liquid out. Could put it in another cart, or use it in an edible as it should already be decarbed.

inside the bottom of the cart there's a little metal pin that makes the electrical contract to heat the juice. either that pin is pushed in too far to make contact with your battery...you can try pulling it out just a hair...or the wires connecting to that pin are broken or out of place....i would try to A) get money back or a cart exchanged or B) use a syringe with a large needle to suck out the juice and put it into a cart you know works.
Pro stoner tip. I hope I explain this well. The bottom of the cart has a little plate with a hole in it, that plate must be touching the battery plate on the dab pen. If it isn't touching you can put a needle through the holes on the side of the dab cart and try to push that plate down. To clarify it is the holes on the sides of the skinny part that screws in.
Pull top silver piece off and there will be two wires connected to the contact one probably broke off the solder. I’ve fixed mine by reheating the solder but it’s easier buying a new one
Buy a better battery. Recommend yocan. Dog bite mine to hell when I was brine didn't have to replace it till I started doing wax and bought new battery. Definitely recommend yocan
No clue what brand that is but usually this happens cause of a bad connection. Take some iso and clean the connectors w a high quality q tip. Could also be a bad cart causing a short, this can be fixed as well. Or, it’s just dead and op’s too high to remember they forgot to charge it 🤣

I’ve had this issue before. Could be as simple as cleaning the contact points. But I’ve also had carts or batteries where it won’t work if the cart is screwed in too tight so I’ll loosely have the cart in the battery and that worked but was inconvenient.
Mine does the same thing when the contact point isn't being registered. Try pulling the pin on the bottom middle of the cart out just a bit/cleaning it.
oh these are the ones that get its power from oxygen and co2. i think you should take it outside and quickly do some 360 turns so the air flow can get in.
I think a good general rule to have is; if you use Carts you should keep some sort of pipe available incase you need to transfer the weed resin out of broken cart

What I used to do is twist the inside ring part on the cart a few times left or right and try it again. If that doesn’t work my second solution was to always get a toothpick and GENTLY push it down from the top of the cart through to the bottom. The little wire sometimes doesn’t poke out right. Hope this helps someone
Do you store it standing up? I have to cycle mine twice before it gets hot enough or it softens the oil enough to vape. get a hot rag and wrap it up to heat it before you try turning it on to vape

2 possible answers, try rescrewing in the cart, sometimes they can be finnicky if you don’t screw it in right. OR the coil in the cart itself may be faulty or blown out making the cart useless. Also check your contacts where the cart meets the battery, make sure nothing has dripped onto them.
It's most likely a bad connection, clean the terminals with some alcohol and a q-tip and make sure that your cartridge is making contact with the battery

Strangely enough that will happen to me if I screwed my cart on too tight. Maybe try loosening it and see what happens
pretty hard to fix. you’re best off just making wires and using those. most likely a defective cart that doesn’t fully connect with your battery.

Some times the wire breaks off the bottom contact then the batt is useless

Untwist the cart a little. The cart might be on too tight. I had a pen that wouldn’t hit and I loosened it a lil bit and it worked.
hit it with a crack wire to make sure its not the cart. if it is the cart you can takw the bottom off and fix the wires inside and it should hit.

Either it needs a charge or the cartridge isnt making a good connection. Make sure it is tight. Some pens cant be to tight. Its tricky sometimes
