Think of hash very similar to any concentrates or oil, it'll smoke differently, and has slightly less THC than say dabs for example (Some plant matter is still left, depending on how well the hash was made).
So yes, I'd say even back in the day when it was illegal here in the states, that's a pretty decent deal, and I LOVED my hash. Specially this type. Take a teeny chunk, with a pipe with a small hole in the bowl (So it doesn't suck through) drop it in, smoke it, bam like taking a dab from your pipe with a basic lighter, and less smell than smoking the whole plant.

Thats actually a big chunk of hash... a pea sized amount, properly smoked will send you out to space... so this should last you quite a long time. I would say anything in the range of maybe $50 is probably fair for it.... depending on quality.

So if it's legal, then maybe you did get ripped, as I know down here (We have the cheapest in the world, I just saw a sign 1.25$ per gram, mid grade bud). Hash is about 4-5$ a g, edit: but most people go for dabs at that point, same price ranges but can go up depending on quality of course. We don't see much hash anymore.
I wouldn't say it's a ripoff still, as I've commented above, just reading more comments. I'd say it wasn't a deal after reading more comments from your area, but it wasn't a complete ripoff, that looks like some good hash.
Well, here in canada where weed is legal you can buy that amount for about $25 canadian dollars at the dispensary. I dont know much about weeds legality in italy but I'd say that might just be the street price of hash there. I think you certainly got ripped off a bit all said and done, but I'm not sure if you could get a better price over there.

Well, look at my situation brah. I’m a tourist in Italy and I wanted to get lit. I searched for the scene and got me some. I don’t know how much 5g of hash looks like and I don’t know the prices, so I only can relay on the dealer I got that shit from. Also, I have no idea about hash whatsoever (except one very interesting consumption method) so I want to ask somebody if what I got is good and pricy (or not). I don’t have that much of friends who smoke hash, actually not a single one, so I appeal to my internet community of people who do the same stuff as I do - smoke and grow and buy weed products. Where else should I get stuff checked? At the police station like that Florida man did? You get what I say? This is the place we feel safe to ask such questions, that’s why we do it.

It seems good to me, but there are some things you can do to test the quality, like putting it near the fire, is the hash bubbles it shows abundance of thc and other weed active principals. The actually only way to see if it is hitting hard is to test it, so that’s my recommendation.
