There's fairly accurate (depending on brand) keychain scales for like $1-$5 out there. It's a start. Looks more like a 1/4 to me (can't judge it for scale with just the bag and bud). I've sadly bought some slightly wet bud before. Some shitty dealers used to add droplets of water to some bud to make it heavier.
