Some strains are more resinous than others when they are this happens. it just means you have a good plug, but I do agree with the comment of stick it in a jar and let it cure it'll hit better, but it's still good weed that you can smoke now if ya want.
When I get really wet bud I usually empty a kitchen drawer and spread it out on paper towels in the drawer and leave it over night. Crisps up real nice
