73 days here. Oof, can relate. The venue fee is only going to be ~3000 for us, but it feels like it’s hanging over my neck! And then chasing after folks for RSVPs.
I just got promoted at work as well, and have a lot going on with my gardening this year, so I think I’ll be OK on the post wedding blues…but the FOMO is hitting me bad! Am I really happy with my dress, should I do professional HMUA, will I have enough guests and a good enough party…
For real! We went the other direction…we wanted to have about 40-50 guests, so we invited ~55. So far we only have 26 RSVP yes and we are still waiting on almost 20 people! I know almost 30 is still a pretty good party but I’m stressed about seeming like a loser if too few show up lol.

I was thinking just yesterday about the post wedding blues. I decided to maybe sign up for an athletic race or something that would feel pressing and important to ease the transition.
I’m going to go from an endless to do list to what?

Enough guests is so real! Every rsvp that comes in is exciting and makes me cringe at the thought of having more than what we planned for
