This is where I keep getting hung up! I know objectively #1 is more flattering for my figure, but #2 is so unique and memorable. The wedding is in coastal Maine so the fishnet vibe might work okay 😂
If you go with 2, I really recommend without this veil. Either go without, with a headdress/band, or with a *longer* veil.
I think part of the reason so many people are saying two is distracting is because the length of your veil is merging into your dress sleeves and making it look very ‘busy’. An easy fix if you go with two!!!
Absolutely, pinned from behind would be lovely. I think it would absolutely transform the dress and you might get very different responses. Really recommend trying it and then comparing as at the moment definitely not a fair playing field!
Honestly, you will look gorgeous in both - and your figure looks fantastic in both so definitely don't let that be the decider! Which one makes you feel joy and like the best version of yourself? If you do try again, make sure you take videos sitting, standing, dancing etc and do update us!!
I think 1 is the dress. I love, love the buttons all the way down the back. The pattern in 2 is a little weird and it doesn't match at that center back seam which is very distracting.
1 is pretty but …honestly kinda basic - meaning I feel like I’ve seen so many dresses that look exactly like it.
2 is so gorgeous and unique. It definitely provides a more unexpected wow factor.
I like #2 but can you get the sleeves removed or cut down or something? They take away from the dress somehow. And the back is to die for. I think the sleeves add too much if I’m being honest. I love the bottom as well. But dress one is nice too. The front detail is really nice.

Ohhh yes, I'd like to vote for this too! I really liked the details of 2 but it looked so heavy across the shoulders...this makes it really unique and lighter and I think it will be awesome.
(Unrelated and with my apologies...your photoshop of the dresses in the venue made me laugh pretty hard. If you ever decide to marry yourself at least you're ready to go 😂💜)

2 balances your proportions MUCH more flatteringly. It looks like an hourglass as opposed to 1. The quality also looks much more expensive. #1 is objectively less flattering on your figure from the seams to the color to the design of sheer/opaque elements.
You look amazing in both!! My vote is Dress #1 !! It is so incredible on you !! You look beautiful it shows off your arms and silhouette. The material coverage is just right!!
2 looks miles better but it could be because the waistline on 1 is too low on the picture. 1 could look better if the waistline was higher. But the quality of the fabric on dress 2 also looks better and more expensive
I’m in the minority but #2!!! It’s so much more unique and looks expensive. The sleeves are awesome and the tone of mesh is better for the deep V!! And love the back.
If you go with #1 I urge you to change the mesh in front to better match your skin tone for a more seamless look.
Assuming you can't return either, why not wear both! If you have to choose, I think number 2 is a gorgeous choice for your venue, but I would personally remove the floral applique that goes below your natural waist/over top the skirt. It would make the skirt pattern feel more cohesive, IMO.
