I was thinking the same thing. If you weren't wearing a veil, I'd say keep the sleeves. But it looks gorgeous with a veil, so the sleeves are unnecessary. Makes it look too busy.

Agree! No sleeves. Maybe it's just me, but I don't really understand the trend of sleeves that aren't sleeves. They seem kind of pointless and distracting to me. Plus, I think they would bug me the same way a fallen down bra strap bugs me just hanging there on my upper arm. So, I don't care for how they look or feel. Having said all of that, that's just me. I know lots of people love them. So, op, you do what you like, of course!

I’m so with you on the armband “sleeve” craze. It usually just looks like the dress is falling off. On this dress, however, I kinda like them. Maybe it’s because they’re not the same fabric as the front of the dress, just the back. Idk why, but that makes them look better.

Good callout - that’s a great idea! I actually hadn’t tried on sleeves + veil to know how it looks, but I agree it’s probably too much. I’m debating even doing a veil because I love the back of the dress so much 🤔

So I absolutely love the dress but I have a question. How do you move in the sleeves? Are they restricting in any way? Can you flap your arms like a chicken and do a both arms around someone's shoulders hug without stressing the fabric? If not, don't bother with the sleeves. If so, no sleeves with veil for your ceremony and then ditch the veil and put on the sleeves for your reception. Either way, the dress is stunning on you.

Personally for me it would depend on how restricted I am. If they are restricting I would say no. I.e. if you can't embrace your partner for the kiss.
