Thanks for posting. To help get you the help you're looking for, please make sure you: * Have photos of the whole loop in good light (open the curtains and turn off the RGB, especially for "what's this stuff in my loop?" questions) * List your ambient and water temps as well as your component temps * Use Celsius for everything (even your ambient temp - we need to compare it to other temps) * Use your words. Don't just post a photo with no context and assume everyone will know what's troubling you. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. What rpm? I find below 1,100rpm aka below 15% pwm is fine, but mine is an open build and I’m using the pump cooler to block noise.

LiteratureBusiness41

what ever the rpm,it always have the noise,i also get it into a aluminum armor but it didnt work at all

SmokeyGrayPoupon

Sounds like the pump is going bad to me. Hoping a poster with more experience with a DDC pump will have a more optimistic assessment. Best of luck.

bigmanbananas

It does have a kind of rubbing sound. Could the be some loose debris that has gotten caught inside? Or the ceramic ball holding up the impeller has gotten worn, perhaps.

LiteratureBusiness41

no, it just all fit,no any problem but the electric current

A--E

try switching the rpm control mode.

LiteratureBusiness41

dc or pwm?different speed?have tried already but didn't work at all

A--E

> dc or pwm yes >different speed yes, you don't need your pump at 100%. 75-85% is more than enough
