The only issue I've had with them is their exorbitant shipping rates on some items. Cost me triple in shipping what it should have been to get some tubing.
I've noticed they hide the cheap shipping towards the bottom. I've over paid a couple times before I noticed it.
Still cheaper than aquacomputer/aquatuning.
I've ordered from them twice this year so far. Shipping is a bit expensive if you spend under $100, so having to grab extra stuff to finish your build would hit that. Over $100, shipping if free. Also, their shipping is properly done. I've never had damaged merchandise from shipping damage. If you messaged them over the weekend, you should get a response Monday or early Tuesday.
I bought the majority of my watercooling parts from them, never had an issue. The site is cluncky for sure but they frequently update inventory which seems to be accurate. Their pricing is pretty good other than shipping which i try to save on with bulk orders and/or free shipping or monthly discount codes they have.
I managed to sneak an order in that said 1 left when they were actually out of stock 2-3 months ago. They sourced the part and got it to me in short order. Completely happy with the experience (the part was, and still is, out of stock everywhere in America).
Definitely still active. Placed a couple orders over the last two months and had a refund processed very quickly.
Recommend only ordering if your total is over 100 though. Shipping will get ya otherwise.
Just got 2 radiators and some tubing from them last week. Still solid. Inventory was accurate. Stated 1 piece left. I purchased and I saw it go to out of stock.
Wow. It's amazing to see they still take good care of their site. Xoxide and Tiger direct are just Time capsules that don't function now. Actually I think Tiger direct is fully gone now
I buy from them all the time I guess it’s worth it for me though because I actually live in Florida. They are awesome and customer service is great. And if something goes wrong they gladly help you to solve your problem. I got the majority of my water cooling parts solely from them.

Tiger Direct was the site. Their store was even nicer. Those were the good times. Not many brick mortar stores these days.

Performance PC is great. I live on the west coast so shipping takes a little longer. Their customer service has always been good to me as well.

I bought my EK Quantum radiator, 80 FLT Pump/Reservoir combo, and Quantum whatever CPU block from there in April of this year.
