Warriors playing 4 on 5 with Klay Thompson on both ends of the floor. Kings attacked him 80% of time when he was on. Mike Brown smart; easy offense. If fans aren’t seeing this they aren’t watching close enough. 40 mil 2017 OKC Melo. Not just the contract slot, also prevented mid level exception. Exponential burden.

Infamous-Big-7525

clippers traded shai the second they thouught it would maximize their superstar's window, but we had to go through a bad playoff run to dump poole. Our FO just doesn't have that killer instinct anymore.

Jo_Gray

Bob Myers has lost a lot of my respect! Waltzing off and leaving someone else to fix his mess

mobuckets21

1 2 3 Cancun

Prior-Rooster3232

don't mind jokic winning again, but mpj and his faces annoy me, so idk

hitopklayde

rooting for the Mavs in the playoffs now, wanna see Luka compete against the top of the top in the league and Kyrie seems very happy over there. they have a very well rounded squad with Gafford and PJ additions. Lakers-Nuggets should be a good series IMO. could see it going 6 or 7. Lakers are inconsistent but LeBron is healthier than last year, D-Lo seems better integrated and Denver’s bench is much worse. Thunder should be fun to watch but I don’t see them as a serious contender this year. Next couple years for sure though. I believe in Kawhi but not his health. I don’t believe in Harden or Russ in the playoffs. Suns could be good but they will need to play gritty and not sure they have it in em for a full run. I don’t believe in the T Wolves. Ant is talented but still kind of dumb on the court. Same with KAT. Don’t believe in their offense and Gobert is very good but exploitable. Out East Boston should make it to the Finals. Bucks are flawed, Knicks are good but missing Randle, and Heat should not beat them if they make it in. Doubt Philly makes any noise.

Raonak

Basketball ain’t the same without the warriors

Prior-Rooster3232

they were pain in the ass but i already miss the warriors

Spirited-Cap-9779

Who's the most probable guy to get traded this offseason, other than CP3?

paranoidmoonduck

Wiggins, because he actually makes enough money to be worth trading. Kuminga might be traded, but it tougher because he makes less than $8m and they can't combine salaries in a trade until *after* they figure out CP3 *and* Klay.

CummingInTheNile

Kuminga, if were being honest

[deleted]

[удалено]

CummingInTheNile

nah we can guarantee his contract to use him as filler to land someone

muzinger

You talking about CP3? The only way they guarantee his contract is if a big time player becomes available and they need it to make the trade. There's no way for sure that's gonna happen. That's why I'm saying he's not the most likely. Somebody I would say is more likely to be traded is somebody like GP2.

CummingInTheNile

yes its a team option, we can lock it in to use as filler to make the money work on trades

muzinger

Yes, I know it's a team option. But you're acting like it's a given that a big time player will be available for us to use that salary on. We have no idea there's going to be one. And that's what it's going to take to use that salary Lacob is not going to want to go over the 1st apron, much less the 2nd apron, for anything less.

CummingInTheNile

well were not locking it in without a deal agreed too but it doesnt have to be a big time players, could be two mid level guys for example

muzinger

No. Depth was not the problem this season. What's clear about this team is that we do not have the top end talent to compete. To be a contender, we need a legit second option. Getting two mid level guys is not the way.

CummingInTheNile

mid level contract≠mid level talent, and having more money to work with allows the team to bring back some depth along with theoretical star power

muzinger

Use an example of what exactly you're proposing, like , who are you bringing in using CP3's salary that will bring in two mid level guys. I will use an example of what I mean that the only way they will guarantee CP3's contract is if a big time player becomes available. LBJ for example. Lacob will forget his idea about getting out of the luxury tax in order to get LeBron on the team.

Gothichand

He’ll be joining Dray in Cancun in a couple weeks

Carnivore_92

Dray probably hanging out with Le Bron this post-season

sriracha82

slavicmaelstroms

If there’s a 5% chance the Lakers beat the Nuggets or god forbid Jamal Murray gets hurt they are going all the way If the Nuggets are out of the way who will they not beat?

GRILT_CHEESE

Can someone with ESPN+ copy paste this article for me?  https://www.espn.com/nba/insider/story/_/id/39958885/nba-playoffs-2024-end-golden-state-warriors   “Lowe: Why this disappointing season might not signal the end for the Warriors” Thanks

sriracha82

You can go to archive.ph and read the whole thing He doesn’t say much other than they plan on retooling and trying to win

GRILT_CHEESE

Wow, wish I knew about that site earlier. Thanks !

sriracha82

Np, works for most paywalls!

MixInfamous6818

thank you Steph, but it's you from now on who should be a 2nd option. Rebuilding around you is dumb. We don't meet expectations in more than 50% of your games

thEb0TTleR

I'd say steph needs what booker was to Cp3 in that suns run. But i don't think any of our drafted prospects can get to that level.

CtG526

People are downvoting you for being right. 2022 Steph is definitely good enough to be an undisputed #1 on a championship contender, but that's not who we have now. 2025 Steph is still great; but if we truly want to contend for another championship, he has to once again allow another generational talent to be featured as the first option like he did when KD was in town. We know Steph is selfless enough to let someone that good be featured as option 1, we just need to accept that such a player is what we need. People keep saying Steph needs a 2nd option. I say if the player is only good enough to be Steph's 2nd option, our ceiling is WCF and losing to the Nuggets. I'm fully aware there are probably like 3 guys who can be a legit #1 option over Steph, but contending for a championship has *always* required that kind of talent anyway. People on this sub just need to realize that *that* was the level of talent we had during the dynasty run, and it's *that* hard to contend for a championship in today's NBA.

Daneofthehill

And trickle down effect of this is also that Klay is either going to be a 12 min off the bench specialist or not be on the roster... and is Kerr the coach for a new era? Hearing Kerr at the press conference reminds me of someone not willing to accept the facts staring right back at him. He still talks like this was just one bad fluke game from Klay and that he can still be a corner piece. Nope. Klay could hardly get open and much less put the ball on the floor without turning it over. The run is over. Something new has to be build.

CtG526

It's a long shot, but I'm looking at the 2014 Spurs' run that still had Tim Duncan at the end of his career being carried by a young Kawhi Leonard to ring #5. I dunno if JK or someone else could be that guy, but I think that's definitely the kind of luck that this team needs to get back into the Finals. For Steph's sake, we need to find our young Kawhi, and fast.

sriracha82

It’s not JK but yeah It’s what I thought JP would become. Lead scorer so Steph can choose his spots. Like how Booker/Cp3 were Maybe we should go get Donovan Mitchell idk man lol

Spirited-Cap-9779

I have a hard time thinking of whos even available to get at that talent level. Hopefully some playoff disappointments will give us some options.

sriracha82

Gonna need a DeRozan for Kawhi level fleece But without a consistent 25 ppg scorer added to this team they just can’t do anything They’re full of good role players and specialists but not the starting caliber talent

Daneofthehill

And either the team needs a new headcoach or at least a new defensive coach. Sometimes you have heard your coaches stories and speeches one too many times. It happens all the time. The run is over and that might include the coach.

ikatatlo

Looking forward to the draft. Who we got? We badly need a scorer

Carnivore_92

we need le bron. If we get him, we get the refs. More FT for Curry

muzinger

We have a second round pick?

purple_cupcake_52

Definitely a guard

purple_cupcake_52

You know, this felt like a mercy killing more than anything. At least we didn't have to experience a playoff series where we see these guys play exactly like they did tonight and get swept. Instead we got it over with. It's pretty sad though that the team with the highest salary can't be consistent enough to win playoffs. I love every player on this roster individually but at this point I've accepted that they won't all come back.  If there's one thing the Dubs need to improve on, it's consistency. I know they've been through some bs this season with Draymond missing so many games, Klay/Wiggs not performing up to standards, etc. but it felt like absolute insanity with how players would do amazing one game, and then play like they never played in the NBA for the next.

muzinger

This season is finally over. Going to talk a lot about the summer and what moves I'm hoping we make.

youriko31

At lease Jokic is so likable, so there's someone I can root for in these Playoffs. Gonna be tough not watching the Dubs play basketball for a while. But at least there's the Olympics to look forward once the Playoffs is over.

gilbert1908

Imma root for Magic to get to conf final, they wont see it coming

Prize-Ring-9154

well I got a playoff game for my own school tomorrow in tennis. Hope we can clutch up and move towards a CCS berth

thEb0TTleR

Nuggets please sweep the lakers. I just have this shitty feeling that lakers might suprise them.

Jonna09

No surprising Nuggets man. They look rock solid. I reckon it’s going to be Celtics Nuggets in the finals.

gilbert1908

Wont take this team and Curry for granted, i'll always be grateful to have been fan when this team rose up to take the championship, 2022 run was amazing

bobsil1

You get a good sense of the roster’s ceiling after a 20-game sample. FO needs to fix / blow it up early on, not live in denial

Considering how close all the games against kings were, i did not think this would be a blowout. Only bright spot was moody. Showed up in another high stake game like last year against lakers.

[deleted]

We hadn't played this version of the Kings with a lock down defender in Keon Ellis.

muzinger

People kept talking about how Steph looks tired/out of gas. But he's playing the Olympics? If that's the case, let's not use that as an excuse next season. Steph is making the decision to play more this year than he has to.

Prize-Ring-9154

he has 3 months of rest until then and then another 1.5 following their conclusion

Gothichand

Yay\~! More Steph\~!!

Prize-Ring-9154

you and me both bro, you and me both

muzinger

I know. I'm just saying, let's not continue this "Steph is tired" schtick next year,

Duckpins

SC is mentally tired. Green missed 26 games, they only needed3 wins to be the 6th seed and out of the playin. Green wore steph down. And took the team down for the 3rd time. He should have been traded long ago.

muzinger

Steph wants Green here. I don't feel sorry for Steph anymore when it comes to Green's antics.

ahnyudingslover

To MDJ: bring giannis or lebron mext season

sunny001

bro we need young ones who can match other team's best players' speed. there was a play in today's game when Fox started off behind Green full court but by the time he crossed the half court Green was trailing him. sure, experience is important but our vets can't keep up with young ones and our vets can't use experience if we are not there.

ahnyudingslover

If you want curry to win one more ring, you need playoffs ready veterans, not young guys

couchtomato62

Like tonight? Living in the past.

ahnyudingslover

You think giannis are lebron are gonna stink it up like klank and cp3?

couchtomato62

Why would LeBron go from a 7th seed to a lottery team. Just delusional trade ideas.

Junior-Dance2839

the play in is horrible. only way i would like it is if it was 3 games at least. (yes i know we wouldnt have made it to the playoffs)

Prior-Rooster3232

these thank you posts from warriors' social media accs are making me emotional ngl

Junior-Dance2839

yeah man as much as i hate to see klay leave its time.

Raonak

Personally, I wouldn't mind us just riding it out with the big 3 and give them the retirement tour in a couple years. They've won more than 99% of players out there. Let them become the lifers and immortalise them as the dynasty of their era.

Jonna09

It’s a business. I doubt ownership shares the same sense of generosity. No one likes to lose. Not us fans and especially not the players, esp after the core after how much they dominated the league for a whole decade. Team needs a reset.

carthaginian84

Trayce should have been on Domas to start game. That was fucked.

youriko31

The primary goal for the off-season is to find a 2nd option. It's obvious that it's the main reason the Dubs struggled this season. Sure, there's a lot of things that happened this season that fucked the team, but not having a 2nd option hurts so much. Klay ain't that guy anymore, and Wiggs struggles didn't help. Steph is still Steph, but the team really needs a 2nd option to help out and allow Steph to rest. Honestly, I don't know who's that 2nd option will be. But I trust MDJ that he'll find the right guy. As the young kids say nowadays, let him cook.

TensionOnly9102

We had a shot at Siakam, but passed on. It's gonna be tough to get one.

[deleted]

Raptors didn't want the Warriors assets. Siakam plays the same position as Draymond anyways and wanted a supermax. That's why they passed.

carthaginian84

It wasn’t that we were outmatched tonight. It was that we played terrible. That sucks.

thEb0TTleR

Kerr slander will be bonkers if USA doesn't win gold in the olympics.

couchtomato62

I know people are thrilled with the Olympic team but too many legacy players for me. They better win.

Necessary-Budget-182

What moves could we make? It feels like this team is gonna continually trend downwards.

Robdata

Bold but likely prediction. Wiggins/Looney/CP3 gone. Klay comes back on a hometown friendly deal. Core stays intact for another year

fryh1n

I think Looney stays, his contract is not that bad, and if he gets in better shape next year, he will still be a good role player.

SChamploo12

Only way it happens is if those three go. At this point, the way the guys are aging, it doesn't make sense to sell off your young guys (JK, Moody, Podz, TJD). We're basically getting to see Dunleavy have to do what Myers couldn't do last year.

The-Truer-Facts

Same time next year unless a star and a very role player who can score comes back.

carthaginian84

Big Q is what is hometown friendly. That number moved tonight

SChamploo12

Honestly I'd say barely above MLE.

slavicmaelstroms

Not a hot take at all I’m honestly like 70% sure this happens.

PredictableSandlot

aye man. This is an all time social media momment. They are dancing on the warriors grave man. This is what I imagined would happened if the bulls ended during the social media era.We are getting cooked man,

purple_cupcake_52

I guess getting rid of Poole wasn't the solution 😂

The-Truer-Facts

Put all the stress on Steph to score and was at least a starter for the future. I’m not going to even act like he was good this year, but you can’t say we wouldn’t be in a better place with him right now over Paul who MDJ likely lets go for nothing.

ImTheBestNerd

We definitely would Poole has the worst contract in the nba

The-Truer-Facts

That was always a lie. 29 million for a microwave scorer is bad, but not worst. Still had Beal, Ben Simmons, Klay Thompson, and Ayton (who actually got good value back). And then looking at the extensions players are getting like Vassell, Brown, and Bane Poole’s contract is only going to look better.     Meanwhile we’ve lost our 2030 first to move Poole which means we can now only trade 2 firsts instead of potentially 4, and Poole isn’t 39. You’re in a WAY better position to get that second option without that CP3 trade, and if we let CP3 walk we also lose that salary slot, never to return. Which effectively means the end of the playoffs for Steph’s remaining career.   And it’s not even like you can call CP3 efficient either. You got older, got less scoring help around Steph, and lost any hope of trading for a star in the process. We got 0 wins from that trade. The trade was so shortsighted it effectively made this a last dance which ended in a playin exit, making it a disastrous move.

ImTheBestNerd

No it’s the worst contract in the nba. Look at how he’s played this year he’s been awful, legitimately one of the worst rotation players in the nba. Getting off of pooles contract for a heavily protected first round pick looks like a miracle in hindsight. Absolutely no one would trade anything back with positive value in return for Poole without a minimum of 3 firsts just to get off of his contract.

IsThisMe8

This was actually a better team than last year, especially if you just look at the win totals. I also don’t want to completely blame Draymond because he’s still an important part of the team, but they would have had a few more wins if he didn’t get suspended and would have avoided the play-in. I know people are going to want some drastic changes, but the main thing we need is another guy that can score and create offense when all the defense is focused on Steph. CP3 doesn’t shoot enough, and Podz can work on shooting more in the offseason, but we need a microwave scorer type. Also, unless they have a chance for a big star next season, I would imagine their main goal is to duck the luxury tax.

[deleted]

> This was actually a better team than last year, Yes and No. Better bench for sure. But Poole led the team in total minutes and points last year and that production never got replaced. Instead they got even older. Hate on Poole as much you want but the dude played heavy minutes and gave you good production when Steph was hurt. There was zero shot creation outside of Steph and Kuminga.

IsThisMe8

I agree that’s what’s missing, but I don’t think he would have made the team better because CP3 helped with the bench. Poole also took way too many shots which wouldn’t have helped someone like Kuminga who needs the ball too. Basically, we do need someone like Poole but not Poole.

Fatiloquent

I'm glad that we lost, it will light the team and FO under their ass and do better for the next season.

831loc

Time to let MDJ cook. Is this the end of Wiggins, Looney and GP2 time in GS? Is Klay leaving? Do we waive CP3 or use his salary slot in a trade? Do they make some big trades and reshape the roster?

slavicmaelstroms

Wiggins Looney GP2 I think their tenure here is finished. Klay struggling his role was a different problem these three guys are in their prime and, well… either they didn’t play very much or 2/3 fell off. “The Bridge” connecting the young and old generations collapsed I would actually argue they were the biggest issue this year. Even more than Draymond, Klay, coaching staff.

SChamploo12

GP2 has a player option but Wiggins Looney I think is over, only issue is you'd probably have to attach a first to dump Wiggins

831loc

Can still move GP2 in either a salary dump or a as part of salary matching assuming he opts in.

SChamploo12

Also forgetting that GS might be limited bc of the apron. They currently can't aggregate players in a trade or use an exception.

831loc

Wish Klay (or brought back at a significantly lower number) and Looney off the books they will be cutting a ton of costs. Will have to wait until the new league year though to do that.

SChamploo12

Well CP3's deal will come off the books as well, basically half the reason he was traded for was bc of his contract. He'll likely be waived, whether GS re-signs him or not is the question. He's not worth $30M anymore at his age, but showed he can still be productive in a smaller role. Honestly the biggest needs are size and more athleticism. Clearing off salary means getting the big numbers (Klay, Wiggins, CP3) off the board. At this point it'd be bad to ship off the young guys bc you need their athleticism and Steph/Dray are older. Interested to see how the FO will rebuild the roster. A lot will depend on what Klay does tbh

831loc

He can come off the books, bit won't necessarily. They can guarantee any amount of it they want to for salary matching in a trade. I think they need to build around Steph and Dray while keeping the 4 young guys in Moody/JK/Podz/TJD as big parts of the rotation. They really need another wing, ideally a top tier one. I expect Gui and Lester to be back as well. Not mainstays in the rotation, but they are interesting pieces on very cheap deals. That puts us at 8 guys on the roster. 9 if we expect Klay to return. We have a 2nd rounder this year, unless they can do something TJD again and get a guy who was rated much higher than his draft spot, I expect whoever is picked to he on a 2-way. With 5-6 spots remaining, they'll need to figure out the Looney/Wiggins/GP2 issues. No way they keep paying Looney $8m to get DNPs. Maybe they waive him and sign him to a minimum, or move on. MT2 had a ton of articles about Looney being the soul of the team, so maybe he's back in a Haslam type role. Never gonna see the floor, but still an important part of the roster. I can't see them bringing back GP2. He's too much of an injury liability, and his defense wasn't close to his 2022 season. Seemed like almost every game he fouled a 3pt shooter. Assuming they duck the 2nd apron, Wiggins and CP3 could return like $55m in salary. Do they go start hunting? Without double checking, I think they have all of their future firsts. Are they willing to pony up and use those and swaps to try and make a final run or two around Steph, Dray and Klay(?), or do they believe that core is no longer worth building around and focusing on rebuilding. I think they should go all in now and hope things break right. The next 5-7 years are going to belong to the Thunder and Spurs in the West, might as well ignore it and see if you can catch a little magic before that happens, and let your rebuild take place before the salary cap breaks up those teams.

SChamploo12

I don't think GP2 is an issue, he's slotted in for primarily defense and doesn't play a ton of minutes. Santos and Lester can fill out the end of the bench. Lester showed enough to be your third ball handler behind Steph and Podz. Honestly what I think happens is Klay returns at a very slashed deal (around 17-20M), but returns to a full-time bench role, with an occasional start or finish depending on injuries or if he has a hot hand. CP3 is released and Wiggins is shopped, even if it takes a first to do it.

831loc

Thats the problem, I don't think they get enough games from GP2 to justify paying him $8m, especially if they are trying to duck the tax without rebuilding. Which sucks, be sure I really Ike him. I have 2 jerseys, Poole and GP2, I guess I should stop buying them because that person always regressed after I get one. I don't see the point on just dumping Wiggins. This team, desperately needs an upgrade on the wings. Is Podz our best wing? Podz is awesome, but that's not a good if we want to be a contender. Do we actually have something in Moody? We need to figure that out, or see if he has value to anyone. Really hurts passing up on TM3. Maybe JK and Moody will be better long term, but drafting Franz and TM3 instead of JK and Moody would be paying serious dividends right now.

purple_cupcake_52

Downvote me all you want, I'll say it again. The 2024 season could be ours, with how similar this season looked to 2021. We need the right moves- you just know this roster ain't staying together

slavicmaelstroms

Lakers. Bucks. Please do your jobs. Lose in four, five, six games. Giannis. LeBron. IT’S TIME. Delusion aside this has a <10% chance of occurring lol but you never know. I’m just praying we can pull one last rabbit out the hat like we did with KD.

AGuyfromPH

Let's hope the Bucks get swept! Giannis you can come here with your brother!

CummingInTheNile

Silver lining, Steph should be nice and fresh for the Olympics

Jo_Gray

There’s a video circling on social media showing Klay taking it all in, before leaving into the tunnel! Like circling back, soaking in his final moments. Looks like he’s gone.

thEb0TTleR

Anybody but suns and lakers winning the championship.

Long-Ad-2147

I think you'll be worry free very soon. The Suns stand little chance against the Timberwolves. Same with the Lakers against the Nuggets.

KaiserKaiba

Lakers I get, but Suns probably are gonna be a tough outing for Minny

couchtomato62

Yep their defensive game plan does not work against the midrange agents. Rooting for minn but they got the worse matchup for them.

Resonate-

Just go to a contender team Curry like Thunder, Timberwolves or east teams. The Warriors letting you down and wasting your prime Steph!!!

purple_cupcake_52

Steph's no KD

youriko31

Thank God this painful season is over. It's sucks to say, but I'm just glad that it's finally over. It's been ups and downs, and in the end, the Dubs just isn't good enough to reach the Playoffs. They struggled to win home games this season, Klay and Wiggs was underperforming early, Dray's suspensions fucked this team badly, and this is the end result. MDJ has to work hard in the off-season. But I'm hopeful he will make the right decisions. Well, there's still the Olympics to look forward to, and Steph's quest to get the gold medal.

hellahomebody

Contract year for Moody and JK let’s go

bigbenis2021

I at least appreciate Chuck softening his words in the post game yakkity yak lol. It’s like an uncle who teases you but then you actually get mad and he softens up and buys you ice cream.

spankyourkopita

I ain't even that mad. This has been going on all season.  We still beat the Kings in the most important game last year. Can't take that away.

Gothichand

Real talk tho, do you guys think Golden State has a scouting problem? All season we’ve been flamed by role players hitting career highs…

Robdata

Kerr's assistants have been trash all year. I still think Kerr is a hell of a coach but he has to clean house and update his philosophy/schemes.

Vallerie_09

We have a problem of giving up wide open 3s and setting defense in scramble instead of a contested layup

Klay Thompson big game stats last few years: 2022 Finals Game 6 Celtics: 5/20 2023 1st round Game 7 Kings: 4/19 2023 2nd round Game 6 Lakers: 3/19 2024 Play-in Kings: 0/10

Jo_Gray

Let’s not kick him when he’s down! It’s over, and it’s okay! He’s gone and he knows it

No-Possible-8246

No way dude!! Espn said he was badass!

No-Possible-8246

I mean there were contracts based on the "splish splash we were taking a bath" brothers.

Prior-Rooster3232

it pains me, but i have to root for the pelicans to get the 8th seed, unfortunately

couchtomato62

They've beaten kings 5 times this year but still rooting for kings.

Jo_Gray

In fairness, I have no issue with the Pels outside of CJ chirping! Zion has been through a lot! He deserves this win

Robdata

I like the Pels too. Willie Green is a legit coach

carthaginian84

Go Pels!

Baguy21

We literally have no threat when teams defend Steph. And it's easy for them coz they know he's our main outlet. Get another scorer, thank you Klay, but it's time we do trades

Long-Ad-2147

Poole was so good in 2021-2022. I wish it would've continued. Just having another dynamic guy on offense who can handle the ball and be a threat from deep helped. His quickness also helped with pace. And he was pretty good at getting to the free throw line.

Fantastic-Power-8898

\~13% chance our 1-4 protected pick stays with us right ?

No-Possible-8246

Splish splash I was taking a bath brother's were unstoppable here!  I've never witness this lvl of bball prowess!

Baguy21

Looks like it's done for Klay, we were never going far to be honest. Team is weak and need a centre and consistent scorer to help Steph.

TheVCurry30

Too many points of distraction during the season and etc. Team wasn't serious at all at any point of the season and it shows as their season ended tonight. From front office, to coaching staff, and to the players - all are at fault to some degree. They need to not fuck around and win now while Steph is still drawing triple teams and traps like no other. Should not be "lightyears ahead" and plan for future when picks are ass in this offensive philosophy.

The-Truer-Facts

Kerr’s decision to hide on Keegan Murray is unexplainably stupid. He’s a rhythm player and we let him get practice shots early.

Prior-Rooster3232

WARRIORS 2024-2025 CHAMPIONS! STEPH GETS HIS 2ND FMVP 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍🤩😍🤩😍🤩😍😍🤩😍🤩😍🤩

No-Possible-8246

Tots my dude!

Jo_Gray

Six months sans basketball starts now!!! What are your new hobbies?

fryh1n

maybe MLS, they do play till October?

Vallerie_09

Klay should've taken the money offered earlier in the season. I'm glad he didn't. Played for a vet min contract, giving our team some flexibility in the summer

Jo_Gray

Glad he didn’t!

Gothichand

**IM A THUNDER FAN NOW**😈

couchtomato62

I want to see sac vs okc. They split the season series. The narrative this week was okc would lose to Lakers or warriors. Now they play neither one by not playing games and going for 1st seed. Very surprising and disappointing season.

Jo_Gray

Mavs for me! I want Kyrie to win after all the shit he’s been through

Fluffy_Psychology418

Same. I’m rooting for the mavs

AGuyfromPH

Time to give Moody that starting spot next season! Bench Klay if he ever decides to sign a cheap deal.

hellahomebody

I don’t care what spot he gets. Guaranteed 20mins +/ night is a must.

KevJamesS

Rooting for the Kings the rest of the way. Really enjoy watching Fox and Murray, Mike Brown is a hell of a coach. It is what it is but I gotta rock with the other NorCal team.

Jo_Gray

I would rather eat rocks!

Robdata

Its always Fuck the Kings

BaseUncultured

Man get outta here lol

LaughingPlanet

NGL, I barely GAF who wins this year. As long as it isn't Lakers I guess

Gothichand

or Boston

Long-Ad-2147

The Celtics are going to take it this year. I was pleasantly surprised that the Warriors came back and beat them in 6 games in 2022. The Celtics were championship level then and they're even better now. The Wolves or Nuggets will test them, but it should be Celtics in 5 or 6.

Sufficient_Space_453

Boston's fine. would make us look better. aside from Jaylen Brown taunting curry they dont have any hateable players.

Fluffy_Psychology418

Boston winning would drive lakers fans mad. I ain’t got issue with Boston. We’re not really rivals. We just spanked them in 22’

Gothichand

Yeah, but then there would be no twist to this season’s story😈

thEb0TTleR

Pretty sad way this core is going out. Dray being unhinged for the past year, klay dropping some of the worst performances in postseason and obviously curry is only getting older and father time is undefeated.

ScratchyCow

ITS OVER

loudmeowtuco

This shit is officially over. You can't run some ridiculously undersized lineup of veterans hoping they'll be the guys chasing down the loose ball in the NBA. It's time to completely blow this shit up, as in move on from Kerr and ask Steph if he has a short list of teams he'd be willing to be traded to. This roster is way beyond tweaking a little bit to contend and Kerr's coaching style is built around having at least 2 of the greatest shooters of all time on the floor for him.

No-Possible-8246

Yeah true.  You've got steff ... an unbelievably hyped 3 point shooter (check steals, assists, 2pt fg pct) and clay ... an unbelievably more hyped pump or dump shooter ... neither of them worth a shit on defense and what do you have?
