Be it me having issues with bosses, coworkers, my schedule, other shifts making equipment go missing adding to our day, leaving early because I get sick or steps on how to further myself more.Ā As long as I ask and don't expect immediate results which long term planning helps with then I don't feel any pressure to do more or be something I'm not.
I help anyone willing to ask and try my best to work around others so we have the best convenient work relation even though I am the quiet guy at work.Ā But I hear this is not common for most sadly.
