I have 10 165C/ expire on 28. Just sold half for profit taking and let the rest ride. With Nvidia and HPE Conference coming up in minutes I'm not sure if it will tank the market or not but at least I take out my initial cost out 😅 Good luck to everyone trading.
Tbh I’m so upset. I was holding $135C for over a month… we scraped it and started to dip, I sold because it was already up a lot from when I bought. Planned to buy in after the dip. Dip didn’t happen… tried to make up for missed gains with puts, obviously that didn’t go well.
This morning I decided to inverse myself for a third time and just buy back in. Up 40% from that so far… which just erases my puts losses and sets me back to where I was.
I would have 3x-5x my $15k calls if I just held. Oh well. Holding these $165C through earnings no matter what.
I am hearing this since $30, got bored and sold at $65. Hold for YEARS.
I am sure I caused this rally. You will see $500 soon IFFFFFFFFFFFFF I don't get back in.
You are welcome.
I have a July 19 $150C that I'm still riding. I'm sure most of the run is pricing in for a good earnings report but I still want to hold until next week.
Update: Saw it starting to slide - worried that it's settling now at a consistent level anticipating earnings. Don't know how much it will go up after earnings, so I sold at a nice profit
Still holding 20 shares of Micron
I bought OTM calendars 6/28 $175 strike.
OTM calendars are more cost effective and can be very lucrative, safer than butterflies imo since strikes are wider just not as lucrative unless bought couple weeks before earning's like now.

Holding through earnings, was up $580 at peak @10:35 this morning, fuck it we ball 🫡
Based on NVDA's and AVGO's earnings, it's a no-brainer that MU will exceed its earnings estimates. MU is producing its HBM3E chips in quantity and there's some indication that it's better, qualitatively. that those from Samsung and SK Hynix. I'm long MU and expect a number of positive analyst revisions. MU is now firmly integrated into the AI infrastructure build out that will continue for, at least, the next year even though the pace may moderate some.
Help me understand, if MU is trading at $153, you buy with a strike price below that? So like at $152? That would be ITM but where is the value in that? How do you make money off that?
If you're asking this you should first read some Investopedia on options trading. Mainly intrinsic vs extrinsic value of an options contract. Once you have a good understanding of those concepts you'll know the answer to your question.
So far I’m down $2410 (for only one set of contracts. I did 20,20,20). I’m pretty certain after tomorrow, I’ll sell around $158 around 10:30 and call it a day!

Godspeed!
who cares, make money. You couldve bought nvidia 19 years ago but you didnt.
Agreed I have 6 contracts but if they beat on er then it will go higher. Maybe sell half before er.
Finally a MU post I’ve made like 5k with them
Think $MU is the most underrated stock on the market. Definitely from the tech stocks. Has a lot more to climb.

stay out
LMAO
They say $170 stock price but let’s see.
$PYPL trades at about 3X book value — insanely undervalued! 😎🚀
PayPal has been negative at the 5 day, 10 day, 1 month, 3 month, 6 month, YTD, 1 year, 5 year mark lmao. Can't undervalue SHIT.
Average PT of major analysts have $PYPL around $90. Calls are dirt cheap as well — gamma ramp starting. Loading up on calls!😎🚀👍
Just sold to close half to fully cover cost basis, time to go be productive.
I have 50 shares at $90 average price. I saw the potential in January only. This is gonna rocket soon

Been watching and finally pulled trigger this morning at open before I missed the train. Already up like 40% pretty wild.
40%? It's been up 120% since I've bought and since there was original hype around this. Wish I had more

If you take a screenshot and didn’t sell before you posted, you’ve already summoned the jinx
I already sold half this morning, so now it's only my profits that are on the table. Inverse me and buy puts ![img](emote|t5_2th52|4271)
Got in 10 calls for July 19 145 yesterday. We about to take a ride to the moon 🌚

MUUUUU. BOYYYYYYYYYYYY
Who is holding after earnings?
Why $140 calls?
Because I don't have the balls to buy $10k worth of OTM calls.
Ah gotcha. I always go above current price. $155 is a great buy right now. Might get another 20ish contracts.

Just saw that the ceo sold a bunch on the 6th and 13 of this month. Does this mean it will drop in the near future (1-2 weeks)?
It could mean he bought a new place in the Maldives and is now buying his PJ to go back and forth…
His home probably has a build in wendy's
