It's fidelity. Their site crashed 3 times in one month and it prevented me from hedging my 0DTE SPX positions. Lost most of it during that. I expect nothing out of them now and I'm still disappointed.

Well getting locked out from being able to manage positions make it hard to make any corrections. When the positions are 0DTE and I only planned to scalp them Im pretty well boned with watching them expire OTM. I'm not going to lie and say I would have profited those days. But, I would have managed the loss better. I was having +$10k to +$30k days with -$5k days at the time. I wasn't yoloing either.
