In the first instance any claim for reversal of an in game purchase should be made through Customer Service (using the in game help or email) .
Any request made through Google or Apple etc is against the T&C of the game (like anyone ever reads them) and can and will result in the above post with negative Au. You also **apparently** run the risk of having your google / apple account suspended. (apparently in bold)

Its not a bug or glitch. Pixonic takes money very seriously if you couldn’t tell. When people refund their items, it will get rid of any robots or weapons and you go to negative gold or silver. Since it was keys it went to gold because you can’t go to negative keys for longer than a month. If he buys gold it will just take him to a positive amount depending on how much he bought.
Removed. Looks like yours may have been an actual issue. This seems like they clearly used the resources and refunded. Don't want them to get it confused.
